July mid-month Board meeting

The board had their first mid-month, remote board meeting on July 10th, 2025. It was decided to meet 2x a month until school started to get ahead of the upcoming school year. Subjects were as follows:

• Review the new/updated financial policy document, made changes in the meeting. Voted and approved the new document.

• John read the document from Cathie K about STS and account concerns

• Wes updated the form page on the website with new documents

• Johnny - Reviewed a new teacher application

• Review of compensation packages, discussions for growth

• Johnny reviewed our account balances

• Discussion on our various funds, starting new guidelines for financial policies for investments, balances, communication requirements for transactions

• Activity fee - Where are we with the IRS requirements, language, and new school year policy
